Refund & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts for 7 days after the purchase date on the receipt. After 7 days we will not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should the item be found not in the same condition then a refund will not be granted and an exchange will be offered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 14 days from the credit being applied.
In the unlikely event that you did not receive a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (If applicable) will be deducted from the refund value.
